We’re delighted that Jamie Catto will return to us in September to share some tools for levelling up our lives, and leaning into empowerment, creativity and healing. Jamie Catto is a characterful, ex-member of the band Faithless. In the last 20 years he has turned towards teaching creativity, spiritual reflection and living authentically. Drawing from his own processes in ground-breaking film production, philosophy voyages and music, Jamie facilitates professional, personal and creative breakthroughs. He is a humorous, humble and off-the-cuff sort of guy, happy to respond to direct questions and shake up your perspective! In this afternoon workshop he will take us on a short journey through finding our gifts and harnessing our demons – the two poles that help us level up our lives when they come into balance.
