Origin Workspace is housed in 42,000 sq. ft. of newly-renovated and redesigned space in a landmark building in Berkeley Square, Bristol which is located just off the Clifton Triangle. Origin Workspace is a 30-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads, a 20-minute walk to Clifton Village and a short stroll to Park Street and Whiteladies Road. Origin Workspace is also close to major institutions such as Bristol University and Bristol Royal Infirmary. St Nicholas Market and Bristol’s retail quarter, Cabot Circus are also within easy reach.

We offer a diverse events schedule with a number of free and ticketed events. Our monthly Workout + Network event is always free.

You can serve two calendar months’ notice at any point.

Origin Workspace has a membership app to help you manage your business while you are in the building and make connecting with our community easy and simple. Use the app to check into the building, book meeting rooms, pay your membership fees, order printing and ask questions and get answers.

Wellness is at the heart of everything we do. We’re committed to giving our community the tools they need to build the mental strength and the physical energy to be effective. We encourage our members to keep a healthy body and mind through ergonomically-designed work spaces, and have an in-house gym and studio facilities, with showers, changing rooms and lockers. We also run regular group exercise and networking sessions as well as work/life balance coaching. We provide safe and secure bike racks including repair/servicing via mobile bike mechanics and a drying room for wet kit.

Origin Startup is the name for all the support we give to new businesses including events, coaching and mentoring. We also have an invite-only flexible package that startups or small businesses can join, whatever stage they are at along their journey to build a business. Origin Workspace has been designed with wellness, community and collaboration in mind. Our open-plan offices include a range of break-out spaces for members to use for informal meetings, discussions or to work. We have a range of stand-up hot desks to encourage healthier working and a tranquil roof terrace where you can take time out. We also have a dedicated members’ lounge where you can meet with clients and guests informally and where tea and coffee are on tap.

Yes – if it’s an informal chat you’re welcome to use our break-out spaces and members’ lounge. We also have a range of meeting rooms, available to members at preferential rates.

No. Our meeting rooms can be booked by non-members and guests of our members as well as members. Members receive preferential rates. See our meeting rooms page for more information.

We give members access to our list of recommended local service providers e.g. virtual assistants, accountants and tax planners.

Yes. There is a kitchen in the members’ lounge which is well equipped with a food preparation area, a communal table to eat at, fridges and microwave and premium coffee and tea making facilities. On each floor you will find a coffee and tea point where members are welcome to help themselves.

There are a number of parking options close to Origin Workspace, including the West End Long Stay car park on Berkeley Place and Trenchard Street car park.
