We are Bristol’s newest and most unique Roman-style pizza slice shop, offering Bianca sandwiches, cakes and speciality coffee, too. We use high quality Italian ingredients and a slow and attentive 72 hour fermentation process to create a delicious dough that is crispy, light and popping with flavour. The dough is part cooked with various toppings and cut in to square slices, which are then stone baked and garnished to finish. We have a range of exciting toppings on our menu, including vegetarian and vegan options, all available for sit-in or takeaway. We have a passion for good Italian food and coffee, and we hope that we can share this with like minded people!
