Join Jill every Tuesday for a lunchtime yoga practice, aimed at building deeper layers of power, precision, strength and courage.
In this class we will work dynamically to layer up deep pools of strength from the inside out and vice versa. We will build up strength in the hands, feet, legs, arms, core and mental focus, to prepare for getting into some fun and challenging poses, including arm balances, inversions and some powerful lower body work.
Yoga works via the different layers (koshas) to charge up our life-force energy physically, mentally and keeps us spirited in the face of life’s weird and wonderful challenges!
