Juggling work, life and your own wellbeing can be challenging, so as part of our regular events programme and our commitment to health and wellbeing, our Workout + Network events take place on the last Tuesday of every month.
Join us at 7:30am for a full body Circuit Training class. This free 45-minute class will be taught by our in-house qualified instructor and Community Host – Joanne, followed by breakfast and networking at 8.15am in the Members’ Lounge.
