Do you want to improve your core strength, flexibility, and posture? Our 6-week Physio-led Pilates Course is the perfect solution for you. Whether you are a sports person looking to improve your technique or an office-based worker sitting at a desk all day, this course is designed to help you achieve your goals no matter what your starting point is. This course is filled with challenging and effective exercises to help you to build the strength, flexibility, and control you need to protect your spine and joints. You’ll improve your coordination, balance, and endurance and gain a deeper understanding of how your body moves. Each session is led by a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, who is always on hand to provide advice and support and will tailor the lessons to meet the individual needs of each participant. Starting on Thursday 20th of April, 1-1.45 pm, this course is suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Limited spaces, so sign up now and start feeling the benefits of Pilates!
