Connect Card Terms & Conditions

1. The Connect Card is exclusive to members of Origin Workspace.
2. This card entitles the cardholder to an agreed discount on selected partners of the Origin Workspace and is subject to change on an annual basis.
3. Origin Workspace cannot accept responsibility for your Connect Card if it is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. New cards can be purchased from Origin Workspace for a cost of £2.00.
4. Use and or registration of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Only the member of Origin Workspace can use the card.
6. Only one card will be issued per membership.
7. The card is issued by and remains the property of Origin Workspace. Origin Workspace reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion and without notice to not issue cards and to either amend these terms or on reasonable notice to terminate, withdraw or cancel cards.
