How to take part:

You can participate by emailing [email protected] with your meeting room requirement and quote “FirstHourFree”. We will contact you to discuss your meeting room options. 

Who can take part:

Non-members of Origin Workspace.

Qualifying Purchases:

• For the purpose of this promotion, a “meeting room booking” is defined as a reservation of 1 or multiple rooms completed by an individual company for a date or series of dates. If a company has booked multiple rooms/multiple dates they will receive a maximum of 1 hours discount from the highest price room reserved.
• Discount will be calculated based on current hourly rates as on February 2024, and applied as a reduction on total invoice.
• Maximum value offered will be £67 + VAT
• To qualify for this promotion, your meeting room booking must be a minimum of 2 hours
• Discount will not be applied to bookings made via our online portal – please book directly through Origin Workspace to qualify
• For full day bookings, applicable discount will be calculated as a prorated amount based on the number of hours booked.
• Offer not available to current Origin Workspace members
• This offer cannot be claimed at a later date
• This offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or giveaways currently available on Origin Workspace.
• The meeting must be scheduled and confirmed between 1st and 29th February 2024, and the booking can take place anytime from the 1st February to 31st March 2024.
• Our usual cancellation policy applies on all bookings
• Origin Workspace reserves the right to amend or end the offer at any time
• Our Presentation Suite is not included in the offering
• The offer can only be claimed once per organisation / individual
• There is no cash alternative
